Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Reprints
At Ink & Armor, every product is made specifically for you. Because each case is custom printed using the image and phone model you select, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.
Custom Order Policy
All Ink & Armor products are custom-made items created using the design and phone model selected by the customer at checkout.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All sales are final
• Custom products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model prior to completing their order
Ink & Armor is not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect device model selection.
Image & Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploading and approving their design before printing.
Ink & Armor is not responsible for:
• Low resolution or blurry images
• Images that appear darker or lighter due to printing processes
• Designs that appear different from how they appear on a digital screen
• Placement choices made during the design process
We encourage customers to review their design carefully before submitting their order.
Printer Error or Production Issue
If a printing error occurs due to equipment malfunction or production defect, the item may be reviewed for a possible reprint.
Examples may include:
• Image printed outside of the case margins due to machine error
• Significant print misalignment caused during production
• Printing malfunction that impacts the final product
To request a review, customers must contact Ink & Armor within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide photos of the issue.
Reprint Review Process
Reprint requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note:
• Reprints are not guaranteed
• If approved, the reprint must be the exact same image and phone model as the original order
• No changes can be made to the design, image, or device type during the reprint process
